I am so grateful to Dr. Principati for being able to see my bunny Norbert on such short notice (the day before thanksgiving!) and being so kind and knowledgeable! And it was amazing that the hospital was able to fit in a tooth trim same day! Huge thanks to Dr. Shirosky, who did the tooth trim and called me to tell me how it went and then called again to follow up a few days later! We’re also huge fans of Dr. Ehrlich, who is our primary vet who we like to see for our annual appointments. Dr. Ehrlich was with my boy Dwayne when he crossed the rainbow bridge, and I could not have chosen a more compassionate and understanding vet to take care of my little boy. When she called me to tell me what happened, she stayed on the phone with me as I broke down and she was so incredibly kind and empathetic. Radnor has some truly amazing vets! Definitely a great place to bring your bunnies!

Wonderful staff, Front desk is amazing, kind and patient! Wonderful place to bring a bunny. Our girl started being seen at 8 weeks old. Dr always listens to our concerns and treats our bunny just as important as other pets. Recent visit the dr looked our little Oreo over and gave us piece of mind on our concerns. She also had her nails cut, the Dr. held our bunny as her assistant cut her nails and she was kissing her head to calm her. Her young assistant did an amazing job with our bunny. I always feel like they are very professional, answers our concerns and we leave with piece of mind for our bunny❤

Everyone at the facility was so kind and helpful from the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients, if they accept rabbits, if they had available timely appointments ... The doctor was wonderful. I never asked the fee and I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was. I truly love the facility and am so happy to have a vet that I can trust with my bunny.

I drove over 2 hours to get to this veterinary hospital. I will continue to make the drive without hesitation, the quality of care they provide is beyond amazing. I will be taking all of my animals here from now on and would highly recommend Radnor Veterinary Hospital to anyone who cares about their animals health and quality of life. They are not only professional but they are polite and understanding, most importantly they are helpful and have a great understanding for the work they do.

We don’t use Radnor vet for our own pets but we’re considering switching! We’ve been fostering a litter of kittens and the rescue uses Radnor vet. Every experience I have had thus far has been amazing. The front office staff are both accommodating and professional and the vets spend more than 5 minutes with you- they listen and hear your concerns. The facility is spotless and they have separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. 10/10 would recommend.

My pet Frankie’s experience at Radnor Animal Hospital was excellent. The avian team was able to fit her into the schedule right away, and diagnosed and found a course of treatment for her quickly and with care. She was barely able to stand or move before, and now is back to her happy chicken self!

I was able to schedule an appointment via email which was SO helpful since I have social anxiety. All the staff was super friendly, kind, and understanding. A ferret care group I'm in recommended this vet to me and it felt so nice to know Bonnie was in good hands with a doctor that knows ferrets. They also didn't have to put her under anesthesia to give her the implant which was very relieving!! The building was super clean and professional too- just everything about this place was perfect!

The veterinarians are great here and this is one of the only hospitals around that will see exotic animals, however, unlike many veterinary clinics they are not upfront about pricing. I brought my ferrets in 3 weeks ago for exams and vaccines, they suggested I space out vaccines and bring them back in 3 weeks, failing to tell me they would charge me again for 2 exams when bringing them in for a second dose of vaccines. As a doctor myself, I would never think to charge my patients the cost of a full exam after examining them weeks prior when the main reason they are there is to continue planned vaccines. Sadly establishments like this try to squeeze as much out of pet owners as possible and don’t train their front staff to be more transparent about fees and explaining what actually needs to be done at the next visit. I will only be taking my pets for emergency visits, no longer as routine patients.
